History of our program
The City of Temple received its first Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit in 2008 from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). We are currently entering our 2nd permit term under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Systems (NPDES; in Texas it is TPDES).
