Our Summit trainers produce results from one simple formula: One Client, One trainer, and One Goal.

There's no question you will get results. Our staff of personal trainers will create and implement an effective routine centered around four main components:
  • Resistance Training
  • Weight Training
  • Cardiovascular Routines
  • Proper Nutrition Guidelines

In designing a custom fitness program with a Summit personal trainer, you begin to understand why our clients keep at it long after others have dropped out of their gym. Our personal trainers help you teach your body to function more efficiently and effectively, while avoiding the inconvenience and distractions of a regular gym. Our goal is to turn you into your own personal trainer.

Angi Johnson / 254-541-7455
After playing collegiate basketball and earning a mathematics degree at Texas Woman’s University, she married her husband and had three boys. While attending a gym to lose those post pregnancy pounds, Angi was introduced to TRX and was immediately hooked! Despite never teaching a group fitness class, she attended the TRX Suspension Training Course in 2011 and the rest is history. Angi has been teaching and training in different settings ever since. She is both a certified personal trainer, and holds a top level TRX certification as a TEAM Certified Coach.
As an ambassador of TRX, Angi lives by the TRX motto of ‘Making Your Body Your Machine!’

Chas is a Speed and Agility certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Chas played football while earning his Bachelor's from Angelo State University, where he majored in Anesthesiology. While growing up in the gym industry, he found a love for training. With over 10 years of experience, he has worked with clients ranging from the ages of 10 to 60. He specializes in weight loss, strength training, conditioning, and athlete-specific training. In his free time, he enjoys playing recreational sports and finding new ways to enhance his physical fitness goals.

Charles Edwards / 254-654-3061
Charles is certified through the Physical Fitness Trainer Association (PFTA) in Round Rock, Texas. Charles has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 4 years. He was a collegiate athlete for 2 years. Charles maintained master fitness levels while serving 7 years in the military. He also works as a juvenile drill instructor. He specializes in speed and strength training, weight loss, increased mass, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and nutrition analysis. Charles enjoys training motivated and committed individuals for bodybuilding, fitness, figure, and bikini competitions. 

Jonathan Bentch / 254-314-0349
John is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He was a four sport athlete in high school, which translated to a successful wrestling career at Harper College. Afterwards his passion for fitness and competition led to coaching and instructing others. John says there is no better feeling for him than helping others reach their health and fitness goals and improve their quality of life.

Linda has been a personal trainer for more than 20 years. Her major interest is training seniors. People are living longer, and seniors need workouts specifically designed to suit the unique needs of the over 50's! That's where Linda comes in. Linda has over 30 years of teaching experience, she is a life long learner, earned a Master's degree in all levels of physical education, and was a Scott and White Options trainer and instructor for aerobics.
