City Rescinds Mandatory Water Conservation Stage 2

Today, the City of Temple is rescinding stage 2 mandatory water conservation restrictions and moves back into Stage 1 voluntary water restrictions.  Shannon Gowan, Director of Communications, says that the daily water demand is now back to a level that allows the City to move back into a voluntary water conservation stage.  “We are appreciative of our residents that worked with us to conserve water when it was warranted.  The need to remain water conservation-minded always remains and we appreciate your efforts.”
