    Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads this extremely popular exercise session designed especially for those with mobility issues or who have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands are also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

  4. Modern Calligraphy

    Try your hand at something different this summer, literally! This lost art of beautiful writing is making a comeback, yet no artistic talent is required to enroll. The Modern Calligraphy style is very trendy now and a lot less rigid than the more formal style previously offered. Led by Suzi Ickles, middle school art teacher and member of the Waco and Austin Calligraphy Guilds. All supplies furnished.

  5. Tai Chi for Better Health

    This ancient Chinese exercise promotes vitality, balance, strength and longevity. Using special breathing techniques and slow, precise physical movements, Tai Chi can help curtail arthritis, respiratory disease and high blood pressure. Regular practice of this "Moving Meditation" also provides health benefits of stress reduction, mental alertness and increased energy. Each class concludes with a meditative period. Adaptable for all levels of mobility.

  1. Camp TOT is Dino-Mite

    Join Teams of Tomorrow for a week of basketball fun AND dinosaurs! We will learn new skills, play fun games and have dinosaur themed “brain train” activities. TOT is an educational and physical program for young children that is sure to bring some fun for your little one this summer. Children must be completely potty trained.

    This is going to be a “dog gone” good mini-camp! Bring your pooch and teach them some fun agility skills and tricks.     Sauté, simmer, slice, bake, and blend to create delicious foods! Campers will create an assortment of dishes and desserts, as well as learn all about cooking safety and reading recipes.
