    Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads this extremely popular exercise session designed especially for those with mobility issues or who have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands are also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

    Introduce children to the wonderful world of science through hands-on, engaging, make & take projects and experiments at Science Day Camp! Science has never been this fun! Perform interesting experiments and learn about rocks, animals, dirt, and much more. Participants need to bring a sack lunch and water bottle.
