Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads this extremely popular exercise session designed especially for those with mobility issues or who have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands are also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

Get your little ninja out of the house and into Ninja Warrior Camp! Campers will learn discipline and the secret ways of the ancient ninjas. Daily activities will include ninja skills training, group games, crafts, and snack time.

Tiny Tots Sports Camp will teach participants the fundamental rules and techniques of several sports. Sports will consist of basketball, t-ball, and soccer.
August 3, 2018, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM @ Gober Party House
Sauté, simmer, slice, bake, and blend to create delicious foods! Campers will create an assortment of dishes and desserts, as well as learn all about cooking safety and reading recipes. Space is extremely limited - only 12 campers per session! July 30th session will be Casseroles. Pre-Registration Required.
